These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of Ansit.pk and the website https://ansit.pk. By using the site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The service
Ansit.pk provides multiple-choice practice material, tests and study guides for educational purposes. The site is provided free of charge. We may add, change or remove features and content at any time, and the site may be unavailable from time to time.
2. Accounts
- You can use most of the site without an account. Some features, such as saving progress, need one.
- You must give correct information, keep your password secret and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be old enough to agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you should use the site with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or harms the site or other users.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or download the MCQs in bulk, or republish, sell or distribute them (in print or online) without our written permission;
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, other users’ accounts or the administration area;
- use automated tools to create accounts, send messages or reports, or take quizzes;
- send spam, abuse or unlawful, harassing or misleading content through the contact form or reports;
- pretend to be another person, or use the site in a way that breaks the law.
4. Content and ownership
The design, text, study guides, selection and arrangement of MCQs and other material on the site belong to Ansit.pk or its content providers and are protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to use the site and its content for your own study. Names of education boards, universities, commissions and tests belong to their owners and are used only to describe what our practice material is meant for.
If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, please contact us with the details and we will look into it promptly.
5. What you send us
When you send us a message, a report of a wrong MCQ or a suggestion, you allow us to use it to run and improve the site, without any payment or credit to you. Please do not send anything confidential.
6. Advertising and links
The site may show advertisements and may link to other websites. Ads are supplied by third parties; we do not control them and are not responsible for the products, services or websites they promote, or for dealings you have with advertisers.
7. No guarantees
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep MCQs accurate, but some content is produced with the help of AI tools and may contain errors or may not match the latest syllabus or paper scheme. We do not promise that the site will be error-free, secure or always available, and we do not guarantee any exam result. Please read our Disclaimer.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ansit.pk and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, marks, opportunities or profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Pakistan, unless the law of your country gives you the right to use its courts.
